- Where is paperflavor located?
- Follow the scent of cupcakes to our offices! Paperflavor is headquartered in Los Angeles, California and can ship to anywhere in the United States.
- Can I ship my order to a different address than my home?
- Absolutely! The Flavorgirls and Personal Stationery make great gifts to send to your friends and family. Simply enter the Shipping Address as different from the Billing Address. We will not include an invoice showing amount paid on anything other than your Order Confirmation email.
- Where do I enter my promo code for discount?
- At the Checkout page when placing your order, there is a Promo Code box for you to enter the discount code. It will be applied instantly!
- What is the status of my order?
- Log in to My Account from the homepage www.paperflavor.com and check your order status.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
- After you place your order online, you will receive a confirmation email immediately. If you ordered apparel, totes or non-customized stationery or cards, your order will ship within 1-7 business days. If you ordered personalized stationery or cards or customized apparel, you will receive an email with your free PDF proof within 1-2 business days. This proof will show exactly how your card or customized apparel will appear when printed. As soon as you reply back with "It's approved to print!" our print elves will get to work and ship your order in 5-7 business days following approval. Shipping time varies based on where you are located. Paperflavor ships from Los Angeles, California. If you are in a time crunch, email us at info@paperflavor.com. We will work with you to get your order out ASAP, leaving plenty of time for you to relax and enjoy the party!
- What shipping methods do you offer?
- Paperflavor offers USPS Priority Mail, UPS 2-Day and UPS Next Day Air shipping methods at flat rates within the United States. We currently offer International Shipping to a few select countries at a flat rate. A tracking number may not be priovided for International Shipping and will take 6-12 business days to arrive once the order is shipped. Select shipping method at the Checkout Page when placing your order.
- Do you provide printed proofs?
- We cannot provide a hard copy printed proof of your order at this time. We do include a FREE PDF proof for you to approve via email before printing.
- If I sign up for your newsletter, will my information be re-sold?
- Paperflavor believes SPAM is for fried rice not your Inbox! We will not provide, sell or distribute your personal information with any other sources.
- What type of paper do you use?
- Paperflavor prints with 4-color CMYK inks on 100 lb Bright White smooth, uncoated cover paper stock for all items "For the Kiddos" and "For You!" and 100 lb White Classic Linen textured cover stock is used for all items "For the Lovebirds." We have found that baby photos look better on Smooth stock and Linen adds a hint of sophistication for weddings (and our followers seem to agree!). But, if you would like to change your order from Smooth to Linen, or vice versa, please make a note when placing your order.
- How do I order a customized wedding package?
- Our graphic design staff has degrees from top institutions and has created countless customized wedding packages to many “oohs” and “aahs.” In the “For the Lovebirds” section, select “Customized Wedding Packages” and enter your contact information, items you would like designed (i.e. wedding invitation, Save the Dates, RSVP cards, Map & Accommodations, etc.), and any other pertinent information such as your wedding colors, similar designs you have seen and liked, elements you want to include (i.e. a fancy border, flower blossoms, or scripture). Our Senior Graphic Designer will contact you shortly to discuss your wedding invitation details before beginning on the first round of design comps. Custom design is charged per piece since each card is designed separately. Package rates are available. Your chosen customized wedding package will only be available for your use and will not be resold. It is truly one-of-a-kind!
- I like a design on your site, but would prefer it in a different color. Is that possible?
- Yes, place your order online for the selected design, then email us at info@paperflavor.com to specify what color, or additional changes, you would like. Additional design fee may apply.
- Do you sell wholesale?
- Absolutely! The flavorkids love to travel in packs. Email michelle@paperflavor.com or call 626.318.4939 for wholesale inquiries or to request a catalog.
- What makes paperflavor different from other sites?
- Paperflavor offers exclusive design templates available only at our e-store, and for this print quality our pricing is well below that of our competitors. We even use high quality Linen paper stock for all wedding invitations and matching Linen envelopes at no extra cost to you.
